International Student Application

1. Enrollment Application must be filled out IN FULL and all documents must accompany the application when submitted.
2. The Enrollment Application is a fillable PDF and must be Printed upon completion and signed and initialed in the areas indicated.
3. The Enrollment Application must be scanned and a PDF formatted document returned.
4. Please note that all instruction is in English. Proof of English proficiency is required.
5. All supporting documentation must be verified by a recognized international student document validation service with authorized translations into English. Please use one of the following:

   • International Credential Assessment Service Canada - www.icascanada.ca
   • University of Toronto Comparative Education Services - www.learn.utoronto.ca/ces
6. All information is shared with Canada Immigration and the Ontario Ministry of Education.
